Garrett, founder and lead consultant, brings over 10 years of experience in the IT field, where he has helped businesses navigate the increasingly complex world of technology and cyber threats. With a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, Garrett combines technical expertise with strategic insight to design security programs that work in the real world. His professional credentials include the CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner), and CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)—industry-leading certifications that reflect his deep commitment to keeping clients secure, compliant, and confident.

Hayley brings a different, but equally vital, kind of expertise. As an avid photographer and a self-proclaimed expert in 'memeology,' she adds creativity, communication savvy, and a bit of levity to a field that can often feel overwhelming. Whether she's helping with client communications or providing behind-the-scenes support, Hayley ensures Neon Shield never loses its human touch.

Together, Garrett and Hayley are raising three daughters in East Idaho—a place they love and are proud to serve. That family-centered perspective drives everything they do.
